Vordio 6.14 Release

Vordio 6.14 is now available for download.

Media Collection

  • Fixed transcoding bug where some streams were not included.
  • Fixed transcoding bug caused by unsupportable apac streams in iphone footage.
  • Fixed bug in determining media the start timecode to inject in bext chunk of BWF wave files.
  • Free version now copies the input source file to the output directory.
  • Autodetect name conflicts and force use of subfolders if detected.
  • Subfolders now have much shorter names when flattening long paths (preventing issue on windows).
  • Updated tools used in media collection to latest versions.

New Command Line Tool (vcli)

  • Now includes vcli – a new command line executable. Use vcli –help for usage instructions.

Hindenburg NHSX (.nhsx)

  • Fix for Hindenburg default gain value in envelopes – now 0db not -inf.

OpenTimelineIO/OTIO (.otio, .otioz)

  • OTIO file now streamed from disk rather than loaded into memory.
  • Fix for channel assignments – now accounts for both track(stream) and channel

FCP7 XML (.xml)

  • XML output now uses localhost in file URLs as some apps require it to relink media.

FCPX XML (.fcpxml, .fcpxmld)

  • Fixed a bug preventing conversion when a multicam clip references a missing angle. Missing angles are now ignored.
