What’s new in Vordio 6.11?

OpenTimelineIO (.otio, .otioz)

OTIO is a relatively new interchange format that is rapidly becoming introduced into various editing software. The first NLE to release support for OTIO is Davinci Resolve by Blackmagic.

Vordio 6.11 introduces much more complete & well tested support for .otio & .otioz files from Davinci Resolve.

REAPER (.RPP)

  • When writing RPPs track heights are now minimised only when a track is empty.

AAF (.aaf)

  • Fixed bug preventing loading of AAFs from HAL CUT-IT application.

FCPX XML (.fcpxml)

  • improved reporting of missing clips in fcpxml output
  • added fix for empty items preventing fcpxml output

FCP XML (.xml)

  • Added sequence markers to output.
  • Added empty dummy video track to output. Some NLEs could not load XML without a video track.
